Acquisition Disposition Services

Property owners seeking to buy or sell real estate and maximize investment returns often outsource that process to Golub & Company. Our in-house acquisitions and dispositions professionals have access to capital sources, property owners and investors around the world.

Acquisitions: When a tenant prefers to own, rather than lease, its business premises, we assess short- and long-term strategic objectives, determine requirements, research availabilities, solicit proposals, negotiate purchase agreements, and assist with move-in.

Dispositions: Following the valuation of a client's real estate portfolio, Golub & Company develops and recommends a disposition strategy to reduce costs, improve efficiency and achieve objectives. The strategy and process may lead to an outright sale, trade or sale/lease-back solution.

Golub & Company identifies target markets and prepares offering packages for viable purchasers in both the U.S. and international markets.
