Golub & Company acquires varied property types, both for our own firm and as a trusted joint venture partner. We have solid expertise in underwriting the capital needs and risk profile of assets and in developing detailed business plans aimed at creating value.

Condominium Conversions
Criteria: urban and suburban rental properties. Golub was one of the country’s earliest condominium converters and remains very active in this exciting sector. Overall, we have converted nearly 11,000 units.

Value-Added
Criteria: under-performing commercial and residential properties located in Class A locations and suitable for repositioning.

Core-Plus

Criteria: office, multifamily and/or mixed-use properties, preferably in Class A- or better locations in the central U.S.; Class B- or better quality; stabilized occupancy; good current return; moderate value-added opportunities.
