Condominium Conversions Criteria: urban and suburban rental properties. Golub was one of the country’s earliest condominium converters and remains very active in this exciting sector. Overall, we have converted nearly 11,000 units. Value-Added Criteria: under-performing commercial and residential properties located in Class A locations and suitable for repositioning. Core-Plus Criteria: office, multifamily and/or mixed-use properties, preferably in Class A- or better locations in the central U.S.; Class B- or better quality; stabilized occupancy; good current return; moderate value-added opportunities.
