Roger DunlopCEO, Central and Eastern EuropeQuinlan Private GolubBased in our corporate office in Prague, Roger Dunlop has more than 20 years of executive real estate experience. He is spearheading the continued expansion of Quinlan Private Golub’s extensive portfolio of residential, office and retail properties, and mixed-use facilities, principally in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Poland and Bulgaria. Previously, Roger was divisional managing director of Gleeson Homes; residential managing director at Chelverton International; and managing director, South Thames division, of Countryside Properties. He is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). Graham KilbaneManaging Director for Poland/RussiaQuinlan Private GolubBased in Warsaw, Poland, Graham Kilbane is responsible for sourcing new business opportunities in Poland. Having done extensive work in the United Kingdom and throughout Europe, he brings broad-based international real estate, investment, finance and banking experience to his position. Graham has been involved in the management of a commercial property portfolio valued at $900 million and has been responsible for investment and development transactions across all asset sectors. In Poland, he has overseen the construction, leasing and dispositions of major office buildings and regional shopping centers. He is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). Matthew FlemingChief Financial OfficerQuinlan Private GolubMatthew Fleming is responsible for Quinlan Private Golub’s day-to-day administration and reporting to ownership. He also supervises financial reporting during the development phases of new projects. A New Zealand-qualified Chartered Accountant, Matt has experience as a financial manager, and as an associate with a multinational accounting firm, where he was an auditor of major construction companies.
Guy SpeirDirector of Leasing & Marketing/Central and Eastern EuropeQuinlan Private GolubGuy Speir is responsible for the company’s leasing and marketing activities in Central and Eastern Europe, including the Poland property portfolio consisting of Warsaw Financial Center, Warsaw Corporate Center, International Business Center, Wisniowy Business Park Building F, and Forum Gliwice; and Charles Square Center in Prague. Additionally, Guy sources new business opportunities in the commercial and residential sectors. Previously in the Czech Republic, he provided office and industrial agency services and was involved in site acquisition and development activities. He is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). Michal MelaniukDirector of Marketing & Leasing/PolandQuinlan Private GolubMichal Melaniuk oversees marketing and leasing of the company's owned properties, as well as its third-party assignments in Poland. Currently, he is working on Quinlan Private Golub's Warsaw Corporate Center, Warsaw Financial Center, International Business Center; and PGK Centrum I and II, which are owned by two separate Polish companies. Michal also sources new business opportunities in the commercial and multi-unit residential sectors. He has been involved in real estate consultancy, marketing and leasing since 1996. Igor KlajmonConstruction Director, Czech Republic, Slovakia & HungaryQuinlan Private GolubIgor Klajmon is in charge of the development of an extensive project portfolio located principally in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary. He has extensive experience across the entire spectrum of international real estate. He has managed and directed numerous single and group projects in the Czech Republic, Brazil and the UK. Igor joined Quinlan Private Golub after 12 years with Bovis Lend Lease, where his most recent position was Operations Director, with overall responsibility for Czech operations, managing approximately 15 projects of EUR 300 mil per year. Igor graduated from the Technical University in Brno, attended courses organized by Mackenzie University in Sao Paolo (Brazil) and London Business School (UK). He is a Chartered Engineer. Chris RasiewiczDirector of Property OperationsQuinlan Private GolubChris Rasiewicz oversees operations, including tenant relations, maintenance, management procedures, and reporting, for company- and third-party-owned properties in Poland, the Czech Republic and Hungary. He works with leasing, construction and engineering staff to manage tenant build-out and capital improvement programs. Previously, Chris managed the 750,000-square-foot Warsaw Financial Center. He is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and is experienced in managing construction projects and evaluating acquisitions from a technical perspective. Sebastien DejanovskiManaging DirectorCzech and Slovak Investment AdvisorsSebastien Dejanovski joined CSIA in 2004. Previously, he was with GE Capital Golub (the predecessor to Quinlan Private Golub), where, since 2002, he had been directing development, including sourcing, underwriting, closing and financing in Central Europe. Prior to joining the company, Sebastien was a marketing manager for Africa Israel Group in the Czech Republic. In recent years, he has worked on development projects and investment transactions, including office, retail and residential asset classes, valued at more than $870 million.
