Mancuso Joins GolubMANCUSO JOINS GOLUB & COMPANY AS SENIOR VICE PRESIDENTCHICAGO, IL (November 1, 2005) – Chicago-based Golub & Company, an international real estate investment and development firm, has hired Teresa Mancuso as senior vice president of asset management, said Michael Newman, president and chief executive officer. Mancuso, 49, previously was president of Buck Management Group, a unit of The John Buck Company, Chicago. In her new role, Mancuso is responsible for asset and property management of Golub & Company’s United States commercial and residential portfolio, presently consisting of nearly six million square feet of properties in the operational or development stages. “Teresa’s addition to our management team supports our plan to grow Golub & Company through new development projects and strategic acquisitions,” said Lee Golub, executive vice president. Mancuso has been involved in real estate management since 1983. With The John Buck Company she rose from operations manager to principal over a period of 10 years, ultimately having executive responsibility for a portfolio of 12.5 million square feet. Previously Mancuso was an assistant vice president with Sudler Marling, where she was responsible for the management of multiple condominium and rental apartment buildings. Mancuso received a B.A. degree from Purdue University, holds an Illinois real estate sales license, and is a Certified Property Manager. She is a member of several professional associations, including the Building Owners & Managers Association, for which she is a board member; the Chicago Network; Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW); and Leadership Greater Chicago Alumni. She is a trustee of Goodman Theater and a board member of the Girl Scouts of Chicago.
